Design Build
We are uniquely positioned to deliver projects inception to completion utilizing our proven design-build techniques. Our in-house resources include architectural design as well as structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering (SMEP). Additionally, we have the depth of expertise to satisfy civil and site planning, permitting, surveying, wetlands and environmental engineering needs. These services can be offered individually or as a combined offering in effort to execute a complete turn-key project.
Construction Management
The construction management approach often incorporates both design / build and self-performance elements for project delivery. We work closely with trusted subcontractor partners to administer projects through a number of different contract types such as CM at Risk, CM as Design-Builder and CM where basis of compensation is Cost plus a Fixed Fee.
General Contracting
We often deliver projects as a general contractor, delivering projects at risk through lump sum agreements or alternative financial arrangements. A key distinction is that we are true builders, demonstrated by a strong commitment to self-performance. Capabilities include site work, concrete foundations and flatwork and steel erection. This improves coordination efficiency – because we know trades costs and understand means and methods, we can efficiently sequence trades in the field and can successfully construct one-of-a-kind design details. It also results in a higher level of cost certainty, schedule and quality control throughout the project.

Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
Loureiro Building Construction has extensive experience in designing and constructing Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. Our services include custom designed structures, full service design review and experienced in-house erecting crews.
